Thank you for your interest in my practice.

I am a litigator with extensive trial experience spanning over twenty years of practice. Working with a wide range of clients in jury, bench and administrative cases, I have practiced in an array of subject areas including, family law, landlord tenant, employment, complex commercial litigation and criminal law.  I have practiced at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court.

I have tailored my practice to serve what I believe are the issues most effecting the families and individuals in the communities I serve. In my practice here, I am able to draw upon my experiences over the years to provide high quality legal services. Although practical non-litigation solutions are often best for clients, when zealous representation is necessary, my training in large firm New York City practice affords me the determination and stamina necessary to champion my clients' interests to successful conclusion.

Because collegiality is often important to contain fees and costs, I use the lessons learned while working in South Florida in employment, criminal and family law where  I repeatedly dealt with the same attorneys and judges.  The focus and skills I learned there enable me to confidently work with my opponents, tempering an aggressive approach with collegiality. Lastly, years of public sector and pro bono service have taught me the value of a targeted strategy that efficiently applies available resources to best address client needs.

My commitment to each client is to work closely with them to translate their goals into a thoughtful strategy that will achieve the most favorable outcome possible, responsive to their needs, circumstances and environment.
